Here is an example of a conical hopper plate that has been processed with a spiral laser engraving. Data was created in a spiral pattern using a laser processing machine and cut at 1mm intervals. After that, it was welded at one joint using a three-roll machine for production. 0.4mm coated with a nylon that is heat-resistant up to 110°C! A case that used crimped wire mesh welding.

The customer requested a coating with thickness and elasticity that would not damage the workpieces, as there are various heights and pitches for the test tubes. To respond to each pitch, we used crimped wire mesh and welded wire mesh. We cut the stainless steel plate for the wire mesh frame using laser processing and aligned the wire mesh for welding. For height adjustment, we used stainless steel round bars. Additionally, we applied a nylon coating with a thickness of 0.4 and a heat resistance temperature of 110°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
